10K Run Course - The 10K course
is on the bike trail at Sesqui. It starts and finishes near the retreat center.
The first and last mile are on the dirt firebreak road. At mile 1, the trail
turns into the forest, and for the next four miles or so, mostly consists
of single track wooded trails. Just after mile 5, it puts you back onto the
firebreak road that will take you back to the finish.
3.5mi Walk Course - The 3.5 mile course is on the firebreak road
that loops around the park. A gently rolling dirt road, it shares the
same start with the 10K course, but continues on the dirt road after the
first mile. The looped course returns you to the retreat center.
